Once photographs have been sent to the buyer, refunds are not applicable. A K O PHOTO has a strict NO REFUND POLICY.
Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected a photograph and paid for the photograph and A K O PHOTO sends the buyer the correct photograph)it is then considered non-refundable.
If the buyer made a selection and paid for a photograph and is sent the incorrect photograph; it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact A K O PHOTO before receiving the correct photograph.
Refunds will not be given to the buyer due to "not liking" the photograph, making the wrong choice at the time of completing the order form, or for any other reason.
If a mistake is made on behalf of A K O PHOTO, A K O PHOTO will send to the buyer the correct photograph at no cost to the buyer.
There are no returns/exchanges or refunds on any custom made products.
